How To Contact Members about Listings

A visitor or member simply clicks on a "More details or contact owner" link on any rental property listing summary to bring up detailed information about the property. If the owner supplied phone and web URL it will be directly available. To contact via email, click the Vacation Rental Contact button.

Owners of rental property listings must agree that anyone can see their contact information, but only on a one by one basis.

This is the same as a rental contact except that only members with Home Exchange listings can contact other home exchangers.

No phone numbers, email, or other info is displayed. So to contact for a home exchange you click the Home Exchange Contact button. Only qualified members with listings can continue to complete a contact.

As the initiating member or inviter, you fill out a letter explaining your objectives to the recipient member or invitee. This letter and your contact information is relayed to the recipient member by our web site without displaying or disclosing the recipient's email address. As a inviter, your email address is provided to the recipient.

Recipients are encouraged to respond promptly. Just let your inviter know whether you may have interest, need to think about it, can't do it at this time, or don't have interest in the destination.

This protects the recipient's privacy since only members with listed properties can initiate a proposal. Spammers and non qualified people cannot otherwise make blind contacts since the email is never published on the web.
