The apartment is a comfortable, furnished vacation home located on the Intercoastal Waterway in Delray Beach on the Atlantic coast of Florida.
AREA:
Delray Beach is 5 miles north of Boca Raton Florida, and 22 miles north of Fort Lauderdale. West Palm Beach lies 15 miles to the north, and Orlando is 3 hours away by car. Downtown Delray is noted for it's restraurants and clubs with an active nightlife. By day attractions such as the Morikami Museum, many golf courses, and Butterfly World are nearby. The beautiful Delray public beach with its warm azure waters is a 5 minute trip (1 mile) away.
APARTMENT:
The unit is large with a full kitchen, living room/ dining area, two bathrooms one with shower and one with shower/ tub, one bedroom with a kingsize bed, and one bedroom with twin beds. In the living room, there is a couch that can convert into a comfortable bed for a guest. The balcony overlooks the marina, Boat Club and pool. The unit is equipped with air conditioning, full kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, Cable TV and Stereo. Phone service is available. There is a common laundry on the same floor.

April 15 thru November 15 - with a minimum stay of 5 days.
