The home is 165 square meters on a private street. It is well suited for a family vacation. The master bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioner / heaters and generally condition the whole home.
The terrace has clear views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. There is very comfortable outdoor furniture under a covered portion. Included is a butane barbeque.
There are three bedrooms on the second level. The master bedroom is a large size with queen bed and a private small balcony. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. There is a full bathroom on this level (sink, toilet and tub with shower) .
The main level has a well equipped kitchen. It seats 6 and includes an oven, electric stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, and dishwasher. There is a small laundry room / pantry with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Being the south of Spain, most drying is done on the terrace.
The living room has a large TV with a universal DVD player (it will play DVD’s from all regions) and a small stereo system. There is a selection of video DVD’s and music CD’s for your use. Adjacent to the living space is a two pc. bath.
On the lower level there is a recreation room equipped with a TV, DVD player and a Sony Playstation 2. There are two futons that can sleep two additional people if required.
There is indoor parking for one small vehicle.
