We offer our sunny 3-room-apartment (100 sqm) with terrace and garden, two minutes walking distance from Schoenbrunn castle, Austria's most-visited attraction (as we have no fotos available right now, here are some of the immediate surroundings). The apartment has two bedrooms with morning sun, facing a garden, and a big living / dining room with open kitchen. Facing west to a quiet little residencial street, a terrace and a small private garden with a pond are perfect to enjoy afternoons in the sun and evenings al fresco. You can reach the city center by subway - 5 min walk plus 10 minutes ride to the historical center with opera, theaters, shopping, etc. The apartment is cosy, perfect for families or up to two couples / four persons. Supermarkets in walking distance, train station Westbahnhof 8 minutes by tram, 25 minute's drive to the airport. There is a tv with cable access, high speed internet access, a stereo, washing machine, bathroom with bathtub, green surroundings while near the city center.
Vienna offers great quality of life - old europe, operas, museums, as well as clubs and nightlife. And it's a perfect home base for visiting central Europe. Wonderful mountain areas (skiing, hiking) an hour's drive away, Salzburg three hours, Budapest 2 hours, Prague 4 hours, Venice 6 hours.

| We are a family of three, Ulli is an ecologist, Corinna is a journalist, our daughter is 5.
