This is the most trendy and artistic neighborhood in Puerto Rico. Very modern apt. in historic building with restaurant in lobby opened 6am to 4pm, across video store and boutiques, 1.5 block from supermarket and surrounded by 4 plazas, many restaurants, bars and galleries. | Hi, I am a restaurant manager in San Juan, PR and would like to propose a home exchange for Feb.2009 for a two week period. I have a one bedroom, one full bath apt. with a 30' x 25' terrace overlooking SJ bay. It is completely equipped with modern kitchen, center island, washer, dryer, air conditioner, etc... It is located in the center of the 'old City'. Constructed in the 16th century and walled by two forts, Old San Juan has become the center of artistic and gastronomic activity.
