Four block walk to Broad Ripple shopping, restaurant and art district. Four block walk to Monon walking/ bicycling paved path which goes all the way to downtown Indianapolis and three blocks to the Indianapolis Art Museum and two blocks to Canal path that takes you to The Indianapolis Museum of Art. Ten minute drive to Butler University and Clowes Theater / Performance auditorium. Twenty minute drive to the world famous Children’s Art Museum and thirty minute drive to the Indianapolis 500 Motor Speedway / race track: 3 hours to Chicago 2.5 hours to Lake Michigan.
Home's Master bedroom with king size bed is on main floor with bath. Second bedroom which is a kid's room is currently on main floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a full bathroom. Kitchen completely update with all conveniences. The large open living room(14' ceilings)has a gas fireplace with TV/ DVD/ Stereo. The dining room can seat six comfortably. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Great walking and bicycling neighborhood. Four bicycles free to use. Home has a small organic garden can use herbs and veggies.
