The small house is in Porto Cervo, the heart of world-famous Costa Smeralda and sits on the top of the Pantogia (hill of Porto Cervo) overlooking the wonderful Pevero gulf and its beach, as well as part of the Pevero Golf Club. It is considered internationally as one of the top location for holidays in Europe. The Olbia airport is 25 minutes away by car. All sort of sporting facilities are within 10 minutes by car. Golf, cycling, Sailing, Tennis, horse riding et all.
Same for all sorts of shopping. A car is a must to go around.
The house consist of a double bed room with full bath facilities (shower, no tub) a small kitchen and a living room connected to a large (to Italian standards) terrace overlooking the wonderful sea of Sardinia, there are two small garderns on both side of the house, to relax and sun-bath. The place is very quiet indeed.
Two additional adults (or their children) can comfortably sleep on a purpose designed and built on an upper level within the living room. Pictures tell the story a lot better and I shall be happy to reply to all questions.
This was the first house we bought here in Costa Smeralda for holidays purpose and now it is used by our sons and their families. We live in a larger house in the countryside ten minutes away. The interior decoration is typical of the region and the house is equipped with washing machine and standard amenities, fully furnished and equipped.
When we travel we do not take the car with us but leave it at home where he is taken care of.
